Changes Related to Protein Viewer Module
1. Added notes on the new aminoacid sequence / reading frame terminal class.
2. Fetches correct sequence colors according to the type of sequence. e.g, Aminoacid colors for protein alignment and nucleic acid colors for DNA/RNA alingment.
3. Code cosmetics.
