* string splitters:
- unittests for {{{GBT_split_string}}}:
* add tests for dropEmptyTokens.
* document special behavior for empty string.
- define enum {{{SplitMode}}}. use enum instead of bool param for GBT_splitNdestroy_string + GBT_split_string.
