Changes to Interface
1. Added New Icons to use in ARB_NT, ARB_EDIT4, Search&Query windows.

Changes to Interface
1. Changed the background of the buttons and toggles so that it gives a smooth look for all the buttons in the application.
2. Added new parameter for create_button function so that colored buttons are drawn with the color passed not with the default background.

1. Added New ARB Icons.
