* arb database browser:
- pull-out get_node_info_string() from child_changed_cb().
- show awar info where available.
- recurse mapped awars.
- fix wrapped dump for several types of DB entries (e.g. GB_INT, GB_FLOAT, ...).
- fix display bug on last line when no separator was used.
